Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator who can effectively conduct, oversee, and advocate for our diverse range of IT initiatives. This role requires adept navigation of complex IT projects utilizing both traditional and Agile project management methodologies. Proficiency in Click Up is crucial for seamless project progression and monitoring.

Responsibilities:
Flexibility to work during the US shift is essential.

  • As a Project Coordinator he/she should be able to achieve and surpass project objectives and timelines.
  • Should be able to coordinate multiple IT projects concurrently, including application supervision, enrolment, and security policy protocols.
  • Oversee initiatives focused on license reduction, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.
  • Proactively identify and coordinate to mitigate risks and to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and scope.
  • Develop and execute strategies for deploying new technological tools and enterprise software.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders and project team members.
  • Direct efforts to evaluate and enhance infrastructure.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of IT processes and systems.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Drive projects aimed at achieving certifications, accreditations, and maintaining compliance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to implement new technologies and enterprise applications.
  • Utilize Click Up expertise to coordinate project stages and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless integration of APIs to optimize system functionality and interoperability.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation within IT project practices.
  • Collaborate closely with technology and cross-functional teams to track and resolve action items.
  • Actively participate in professional development activities to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation (status reports etc).
  • Support in implementing corrective actions in risk and issue management when needed.
  • Handle project related administrative tasks

Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, with 3-5 years’ experience.

  • IT Project coordination tools (ClickUP, Asana, JIRA, MS Project etc.)
  • Certification in Project Management, such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector and its technological requirements.
  • Clear verbal and written communication for team coordination and stakeholder updates
  • Strong time management and scheduling capabilities
